Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms are offered by Dinn Tecnologia Ltda., Brazilian taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 57.639.944/0001-20, headquartered at Rua Dona Francisca, 8300, Bloco Agora, Sala 5, Distrito Industrial, Joinville/SC, CEP 89219-600, Brazil. By accessing or using Dinn's services, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to act in that capacity. Commercial conditions, service levels, and data processing terms agreed in a business contract prevail for the matters specifically negotiated.

2. Account and authorized access

You must keep your credentials secure, use only the account assigned to you, and respect the authorized company, portfolio, products, and features. Dinn may limit or suspend access to protect users, customers, data, or infrastructure, to investigate abuse, or to comply with a legal obligation.

3. Dinn Pharma Stock on ChatGPT

Dinn Pharma Stock is a read-only integration via MCP. It allows querying authorized information about availability, stock-outs, products, retail networks, regions, and points of sale. The integration does not change stock, records, or operational data and does not perform refresh, backfill, or administrative tasks.

Use also depends on the availability, terms, and controls of OpenAI/ChatGPT. Disconnecting or revoking authorization stops new calls, without necessarily deleting records that must be retained for security, contractual, or legal reasons.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access data belonging to another company, user, or portfolio;
• circumvent authentication, authorization, limits, or security controls;
• request secrets, tokens, queries, tables, or internal identifiers;
• submit patient data, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive personal data;
• use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity, or activity that violates third-party rights;
• copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service beyond what is permitted by law or contract.

5. Nature of the information

The information supports commercial and operational decisions in pharmaceutical retail. It may reflect observed signals, estimates, different sources, and update dates. The service does not replace verification at the point of sale, medical guidance, clinical decisions, prescriptions, or regulatory obligations. Users should consider the scope, freshness, and nature indicated in each response.

6. Third-party services

The service may interoperate with OpenAI/ChatGPT, infrastructure providers, and mapping providers, including Esri for the current map tiles. These services have their own terms, policies, availability, and controls. Dinn does not grant rights over third-party services nor fully control their operation.

7. Intellectual property

Dinn and its licensors retain the rights to the software, brand, interfaces, models, documentation, and other service materials. The user receives only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the authorized features during the applicable term.

8. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts toward security and continuity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the total absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable for damages directly caused by its own conduct and as set out in the applicable contract. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy, termination, and changes

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You may stop using the plugin and revoke your authorization at any time. We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes, indicating the new effective date and communicating material changes through means appropriate to the context.

10. Governing law and contact
